Cobar Shire Council is recruiting a Lead Educator for our Infants Room (0–2 years) to commence in January 2027. Reporting to the ELC Coordinator, you will develop and implement a play-based learning program and document each child's learning journey.
The role includes mentoring a team of educators, ensuring smooth room operations, and maintaining compliance with standards, legislation and safeguarding policies.
