ISS Australia is seeking a Return to Work Specialist to support safe, timely recovery-at-work outcomes for injured employees across NSW. You will coordinate injury management from notification through to sustainable RTW, develop and review RTW plans, and collaborate with managers, insurers and medical providers.
The role requires solid case coordination, stakeholder management, and knowledge of NSW workers compensation rules. Travel across Sydney and the North Coast is expected.
