The Role

- Manage a 115-property residential portfolio end to end
- Lead, mentor and support the Property Management team
- Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Oversee leasing, renewals, rent reviews and arrears
- Coordinate maintenance and liaise with contractors
- Work closely with inspection support to manage property follow-up
- Maintain high service standards and explicit client communication
- Ensure compliance with tenancy legislation and agency procedures
- Identify opportunities to improve systems and portfolio performance
- Work closely with leadership to support department success

The Candidate

- Strong experience in end-to-end Property Management
- Previous leadership experience or ready to step into a team leader role
- Current Queensland Real Estate registration or licence
- Strong knowledge of Residential Tenancies legislation
- Confident supporting, mentoring and guiding others
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Proactive approach to maintenance, arrears and issue resolution
- Takes pride in delivering a premium client experience
