MACH Energy in Newcastle is seeking a Shipping Officer to coordinate export documentation and vessel loading for coal shipments from the Port of Newcastle, reporting to the Senior Contract & Shipping Officer.
You will prepare Bills of Lading, EDNs, and Notices of Readiness, liaise with vessel Masters and agents, and support laytime and demurrage processes while maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance.
