Key Responsibilities

- Manage and deliver application packaging and Standard Operating Setting services.
- Package, deploy, monitor and maintain Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3 applications.
- Diagnose and remediate application packaging and delivery issues.
- Support application delivery activities and resolve technical incidents.
- Work with clients to address ICT challenges and develop practical solutions.
- Collaborate with technical delivery teams to implement service improvements.
- Provide responsive, user-focused technical support.
- Analyse technical processes and recommend improvements to service delivery.

About You

- Demonstrated experience using application packaging tools in large, technically complex environments.




- Demonstrated experience deploying and monitoring applications at enterprise scale.
- Demonstrated experience diagnosing and remediating application packaging and delivery issues.
- Experience supporting endpoint configuration, virtual application delivery and scripting technologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging clients, technical teams and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within technical delivery teams.
- Demonstrated ability to provide responsive technical support and improve service processes.
