Full time, 38 hours per week | AUD 80,000–90,000 per annum plus superannuation

Print Logistics is a Melbourne-based commercial printing, signage and promotional products company serving commercial and trade customers across Australia. We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to take carriage of our marketing function and help grow our commercial client base.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will: n

- Develop and deliver marketing campaigns across our print, signage and promotional product lines
n
- Manage our digital presence, including website content, product listings, SEO, email marketing and social channels, with a focus on LinkedIn for B2B reach
n
- Produce marketing materials, capability statements and promotional content for commercial and trade customers
n
- Support tender and proposal submissions for corporate and government print contracts, working with the sales team to prepare content
n
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify recent segments and business opportunities
n
- Maintain the CRM, manage lead capture and follow-up, and report on campaign performance, enquiry volume and return on marketing spend

- Coordinate external designers, print partners and suppliers
n
- Support trade show and promotional event activity
n

Qualifications nn
- At least five years of relevant marketing experience, or at least three years of relevant marketing experience with an acceptable formal qualification (bachelor degree or higher in marketing, communications, business or a related field)

- Experience covering campaign delivery and digital channels
n
- Demonstrated experience with email marketing platforms, social media and website content management
n
- Experience with CRM systems and reporting on marketing performance
n
- Understanding of B2B marketing and customer acquisition
n
- Strong written and verbal communication in English
n
- Well organised, able to manage competing deadlines
n
- Experience in printing, signage, promotional products or a related B2B or manufacturing environment
n
- Experience preparing tender or proposal content
n
- Experience coordinating external agencies and suppliers
n
