The Role

- Assist the Lead Agent and Director with day‑to‑day sales activities
- Conduct open homes, private inspections and buyer appointments
- Prospect for new business and build relationships with potential vendors
- Manage buyer enquiries and follow up prospective purchasers
- Assist with negotiations and property sales
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with buyers and vendors
- Support listing presentations, appraisals and sales campaigns
- Work closely with a high‑performing team to achieve sales targets

The Candidate

- Minimum 12 months' experience within the real estate industry, ideally in sales
- Previous real estate sales experience is essential
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
- A positive, enthusiastic and can‑do attitude
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident working independently and within a team
- Thrives in a busy, fast‑paced sales workplace
- Driven, motivated and eager to learn from industry leaders
- Passionate about building a successful long‑term career in real estate
