Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced Global Network Tower Lead/Operations Manager to join a well-established, globally recognised travel and leisure organisation with a strong international presence and a large, diverse technology environment.

You’ll also bring robust leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
n Brisbane is the preferred location, although candidates based in Sydney will also be considered.

n

You’ll be responsible for designing, implementing and supporting enterprise network infrastructure across routing and switching, network security, VPN, SD-WAN and data centre networking. You’ll play a key role in maintaining a secure, resilient and high-performing network environment while contributing to ongoing improvements and infrastructure projects.

About you

n

You’ll bring strong technical expertise across enterprise networking, along with a proactive approach to problem-solving and the confidence to take ownership of complex technical challenges.

n

You’ll ideally have:

n

n
- Extensive experience in enterprise network engineering, design and operations.
n
- Strong routing and switching knowledge, including BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VLANs, STP/RSTP and redundancy protocols.
n
- Hands-on experience with Palo Alto Networks firewalls and network security technologies.
n
- Experience with Prisma GlobalProtect VPN and secure remote access solutions.
n
- Strong knowledge of Cisco Meraki SD-WAN .
n
- Experience with Cisco ACI and data centre networking.
n




- Familiarity with network monitoring tools such as Statseeker, SolarWinds, PRTG or similar.
n
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and network change management.
n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
n
- Strong leadership skills, including the ability to guide technical teams, collaborate across functions and take ownership of outcomes.
