About the role:

- Work with an award-wing Partner on high-value property transactions and complex leasing matters.
- Advise clients such as institutional landlords and developers, from the initial stages of acquisition through to development.




- Provide clients with comprehensive guidance and strategic insight throughout the process, ultimately, delivering strategic solutions.
- Be involve in major acquisitions, multi-party fund-through transactions, commercial office leasing, detailed due diligence estate transactions and industrial, logistics and healthcare leasing transactions.

The ideal candidate:

- Have 1-3 years’ PQE gained within a mid-tier or top-tier law firm.
- Havestrong background in transactional property matters and leasing.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally (written and verbal).
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly build rapport with internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated skillset to manage timeframes and proactively manage priorities as part of a high performing team in a fast-paced working environment.
