Premium Aged And Community Services is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse for the DVA Community Nursing Program in Gosford & Central Coast NSW. The role is part time, delivering holistic nursing care to veterans at home and supporting their independence.

You will perform assessments, care planning, medications, education, and documentation, while collaborating with families and a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.
