Job Description

- Delivering community-based Exercise Physiology to adults (16+), within homes, pools, outdoor settings or our clinic.
- Working across diverse funding streams (NDIS, Aged Care, DVA, private) to deepen your clinical skills
- Supporting clients with tailored exercise programs for chronic disease management, strength and conditioning, functional rehabilitation, falls prevention and hydrotherapy.
- Collaborating closely with the multidisciplinary team made up of Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Exercise Physiologists and Allied Health Assistants.

About the Candidate

- Formal qualifications in Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology
- Registration with AHPRA or ESSA
- Current Driver's License
- A passion for client-centred care and a proactive, team-focused attitude
