Your New Role n
nOur State Government client is seeking an experienced AO2 Finance Officer – Transaction Processing to join their Finance team based near Mt Gravatt, Brisbane, with free car parking.n
nWorking within a busy Finance team, you will support the transition of accounts payable processing back in-house, ensuring financial transactions are completed accurately and efficiently. n
Your key responsibilities will include: n
n

- Monitor the Finance mailbox and action incoming transaction requests.
n
- Process and create invoices using TechnologyOne (TechOne).
n
- Accurately enter financial data, applying appropriate GST and general ledger codes.
n
- Manage high volumes of transactions while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
n

About You n

n
- Previous TechnologyOne experience is essential.
n
- Experience in data entry, invoice processing, accounts payable or transactional finance.
n
- Some financial knowledge or relevant experience preferred.
n
- Solid data entry skills, with excellent speed and accuracy.
n
- Confidence using Microsoft Excel.
n
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
n
- Ability to successfully complete a Criminal History Check and referee checks.
n

Previous Government experience is not essential.
n

- Hourly rate: $42.17–$50.23 + Super

- Mt Gravatt location, with potential for one WFH day per week after an initial 4–6 weeks, and free car parking onsight
