Job Description

- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimise category performance primarily in packaging.
- Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality, delivery, and cost efficiency.
- Conduct market analysis and bench marking to identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favourable terms.
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure compliance with agreements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement strategies with business objectives.
- Identify and mitigate risks within the supply chain.




- Utilise data and analytics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.

The Successful Applicant

- Proven expertise in procurement and category management within the FMCG industry.
- Preference for strong packaging background
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
- Experience in developing and implementing procurement strategies.
- Proficiency in data analysis and market research to support decision-making.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of contract management and risk mitigation practices.

What's on Offer

- Market-competitive salary range of $150,000 to $160,000 AUD + super.
