You are a capable and experienced landscaper, and you are:

Sick of working with disorganised processes and management

Tired of carrying a crew with no real accountability

Sick of being overlooked and feeling undervalued

Frustrated by a lack of real leadership opportunity

We are specifically looking for a hardworking Crew Leader to lead our landscaping crew

Solid hands-on experience in landscape construction and hardscaping, with previous leadership or site management experience (2 years experience)

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and plants

Ability to work confidently from landscape plans and drawings

Current driver's licence and White Card

Is confident on Machinery (Excavator/Bobcat)

Reliable, motivated, and committed to delivering quality workmanship

Takes initiative, solves problems on the fly, and works just as well independently as leading a team

Valid work visa or Australian work authorisation required

About the Role

As Team Leader, you'll manage and carry out all aspects of landscape construction across the Mornington Peninsula. You'll guide, mentor, and work alongside our hardworking crew in office, ensuring every job is delivered to an exceptional standard.

Your responsibilities will include:

Delivering excellent results in paving, retaining walls, turf, garden beds, and hardscaping

Guiding, mentoring, and working alongside our on-site crew

Coordinating materials, and site logistics to keep projects running smoothly and on schedule

Reading and interpreting plans and project specifications

Communicating clearly with clients, suppliers, and management

Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard

What We Offer

Full-time role offering long-term stability and consistent work

$75,000-$80,000 base salary (depending on experience) + 12% Super + fuel allowance
