We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Sales Administrator to join our Pomona Hinterland office. This full-time position combines sales administration, reception and day-to-day office coordination, with support from our wider team across Pomona and Gympie.

Your first month of training will be based at our Gympie office, where you’ll work alongside our experienced administration team to learn our systems, processes and standards. Following training, you’ll be based in Pomona, with occasional attendance at our Gympie office for further training, meetings or operational support.

About the role

You’ll be a key point of contact for our Pomona office, helping our sales agents stay organised and ensuring administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Welcoming clients and visitors, answering calls and managing reception enquiries.
- Preparing, processing and maintaining listing and sales documentation.
- Supporting agents with the administration of properties from listing through to settlement.
- Checking that required documentation is complete and following up outstanding information.
- Uploading and updating property listings across our systems and online platforms.
- Preparing marketing materials and coordinating campaign administration with our marketing and media team.
- Maintaining accurate client records, databases and property files.
- Coordinating appointments, office communications and administrative follow-up.
- Keeping the office organised, well presented and stocked with essential supplies.
- Working closely with our Gympie administration and operations team to maintain consistent processes across both offices.

- Previous administration or reception experience will be highly regarded. Real estate experience is a bonus, but isn’t essential -we’ll provide training for the right person.
- You must be able to travel to Gympie for the initial month of training and occasionally thereafter.
