Dementia Support Australia (DSA) invites applications for a Dementia Support Coach. This national, govt-funded program led by HammondCare delivers hands-on dementia coaching to clients, carers and care staff in diverse settings.

As a qualified coach you will apply empathy, coaching skills and aged care experience to implement evidence-based dementia support plans. This fixed-term role is based at our Parramatta office with hybrid work arrangements.
