Poolwerx Shailer Park is seeking an experienced Retail Manager to lead a high-performing team and optimise the customer experience across the Poolwerx Shailer Park retail network. You will implement company policies on operations, customer service, cash handling, marketing, purchasing, HR, health & safety, and admin while driving profitability.
Key responsibilities include creating a safe working setting, conducting audits, leading local marketing initiatives, managing P&L;, recruiting and
