The Opportunity

This is a full-time role designed for a clinician looking for more than just a full caseload. You will drive meaningful health outcomes for your clients, step into clinical leadership, and continue your mastery alongside a dedicated, high-performing team.

Key responsibilities include:

- Delivering exceptional, evidence-based care with a whole-person approach to injury management, prevention, and long-term wellness.
- Mentoring and coaching junior clinicians and new graduates, actively supporting their clinical reasoning and professional growth.
- Taking ownership of clinical initiatives and expanding your operational and practice leadership capabilities.




- Partnering closely with internal allied health practitioners to deliver seamless, multidisciplinary care plans.
- Cultivating strong relationships with local GPs, specialists, sporting clubs, and fitness networks to sustain a loyal community base.
- Bringing curiosity, high clinical standards, and positive energy to an already collaborative team culture.

What We're Looking For

If you are an experienced clinician looking to step beyond routine caseload management, this role is built for you. We want a motivated practitioner with current Ahpra registration and 2-3+ years in musculoskeletal care who naturally elevates the people around them.

You combine sharp clinical reasoning with exceptional rapport-building skills, whether you're guiding a complex rehabilitation journey, collaborating with local referrers, or mentoring junior team members. You bring curiosity, initiative, and the required compliance checks (WWCC and NDIS screenings, or the willingness to secure them before day one), ready to become an integral pillar of our team.
