The Role

As a Property Risk & Compliance Auditor, you will:

Conduct onsite property risk assessments, compliance audits and operational reviews across a variety of property assets.

Identify and assess WHS, fire and life safety, security, environmental and operational risks.

Review property operations, procedures and documentation against relevant legislation, standards and industry requirements.

Prepare clear, professional audit reports with practical findings and recommendations.

Engage with property managers, facility managers and other stakeholders to discuss risks and improvement opportunities.

Use InteRisk's digital auditing and risk management platforms to record findings and deliver client reporting.





Work with our experienced national team to deliver high-quality risk and compliance advisory services.

About You

We're looking for someone with practical industry knowledge, robust attention to detail and a genuine interest in risk management.

Ideally, you'll bring:

Experience or qualifications in property management, facilities management, WHS, compliance, engineering, building operations or a related field.

A sound understanding of property operations, safety and compliance obligations.

Solid analytical, problem-solving and report-writing skills.

Excellent communication skills and confidence in engaging with clients.

The ability to work independently, manage your time and deliver quality outcomes.

Confidence using Microsoft 365 and learning new technology platforms.

A curious and enquiring mindset, with a commitment to professional integrity and continuous improvement.

A current Australian driver's licence and valid Australian working rights.

Previous auditing experience is regarded but not essential. We welcome applications from professionals with practical property or operational experience who are interested in developing their skills in risk and compliance auditing.

Location & Travel

This is a Sydney based position involving travel across metropolitan Sydney, regional NSW and occasional interstate locations.
