Lucas Collective in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Head Pastry Chef to lead the pastry kitchen, driving creativity, consistency and excellence across all pastry offerings in our premium dining brands.

Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will oversee daily operations, participate in menu development and cost control, and lead a high-performing pastry team in a rapid-paced environment. Strong leadership, communication and adaptability are essential to succeed.
