Alfred Care Group is seeking an experienced pharmacist to join our Clinical Pharmacy team on a rotational basis across sites. You will deliver hospital clinical pharmacy services, work with multidisciplinary teams, and support medication management for diverse patient groups.

As an academic health centre, you will supervise and mentor local and international students and interns, contribute to practice-based research, and engage in service improvement projects within a supportive workplace.
