This is a hands-on role combining application support, systems analysis, testing, incident triage, release support and process improvement .

The Role

You will work across business and technology teams to support critical applications and ensure incidents, changes and system issues are managed effectively.

Key Responsibilities Will Include

- Provide first-line functional support across assigned enterprise systems.
- Log, triage and progress incidents, service requests, access issues and user problems within agreed SLAs.
- Investigate issues using documented runbooks, support procedures and known resolution paths.
- Capture supporting evidence including screenshots, logs, error details, replication steps and user impact.




- Escalate defects and service-impacting issues to appropriate technical teams with explicit diagnostic information.
- Assist with functional requirements gathering and documenting system behaviours, process flows and user impacts.
- Support configuration and system administration activities under established controls.
- Perform system checks, data validation and reconciliation activities.
- Support system releases, enhancements and change initiatives.
- Execute regression testing and defined test scenarios across changed functionality.
- Assist with UAT, defect logging and post-release validation.Confirm system access and functionality following releases or configuration changes.
- Capture post-release user feedback and assist with adoption-related issue triage.
- Maintain accurate system documentation, audit evidence and operational records.
- Identify recurring incidents, process bottlenecks and system workarounds and elevate underlying issues for investigation.
- Contribute to improvements across support processes, documentation, runbooks and system usability.

About You

You will ideally bring experience in:

- Systems Analysis, Application Support or Business Systems Support
- Incident, request and problem triage
- Enterprise application support
- Functional troubleshooting
- Requirements capture and process documentation
- Regression testing, UAT or functional testing
- Release and change support
- Defect identification and escalation
- System access and user support
- Data validation and reconciliation
- Working with SLAs, runbooks and support procedures
- Maintaining system, support and audit documentation
