Credit Corp is seeking a Dispute Resolution Specialist - External Disputes to manage a portfolio of complaints across Australia and Recent Zealand. You will liaise between Credit Corp, customers, regulators and external dispute resolution bodies, investigating matters, assessing outcomes and driving fair, timely resolutions.
This role supports regulatory compliance, mitigates risk and drives continuous improvement of dispute management frameworks within a high-performing team.
