FBA Care Pty Ltd. in Tottenham VIC is seeking a Behaviour Support Specialist to join our team. You will provide community-based behaviour support to NDIS participants, conduct functional assessments, and lodge PBSPs via PRODA.

The role requires 1–2 years of experience, an NDIS practitioner ID, and qualifications in social work or a related field. You will train staff, monitor outcomes, and help minimise restrictive practices while upholding NDIS quality standards.
