The Department of Natural Resources and Mines, Manufacturing and Regional and Rural Development is seeking a Land Management Officer (AO4) for an 8-month fixed-term role based in Townsville or Cairns. You will support bushfire risk mitigation, pest and weed management, land inspections and emergency response activities across Queensland state land.
Supervising staff and contractors, building stakeholder relationships and delivering sustainable land management outcomes are key parts of the role.
