As a Room Attendant at our esteemed establishment in Watsons Bay, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests enjoy a comfortable and pleasant stay. Your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness will contribute significantly to the overall guest experience, making you an essential part of our hospitality team.

Summary

We are seeking energetic & enthusiastic Housekeeping Room Attendants to join our team. Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous. You should have a strong attention to detail, be flexible with shift patterns, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

- Clean and maintain guest rooms, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Replace linens, towels, and toiletries as required.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
- Restock cleaning supplies and report shortages to management.
- Assist in the laundry department as needed.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards guests and colleagues.

Qualifications

- No formal education required.
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.




- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive communication skills and a friendly disposition.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Working Conditions

Full-time or part-time positions available; shift system may include weekends, holidays, and rotating rosters. Roles are based in Sydney and surrounding suburbs including Watsons Bay, Parramatta, Eastern Sydney, Double Bay, Randwick, Hunters Hill, and Surry Hills. Applicants must have the right to work in Australia.
