We are looking for a swimming pool and spa service technician to join our expanding independent, family-owned business based in beautiful Yamba on the north coast of NSW.
Duties: n
n
- Pool water testing and chemical balancing
n
- Swimming pool and spa servicing and cleaning
n
- Equipment maintenance
n
- Troubleshooting and resolutions
n
- Customer service relationship and communication
n
- Maintaining / updating clients service software
n
About you: nn
- Previous experience in the swimming pool and spa industry would be an advantage
n
- Able to work independently and with other team members
n
- Being reliable, punctual & self-motivated with a focus on customer service
n
- Commitment to safe work practices
n
- Certificate III or IV in Swimming Pool & Spa Service would be an advantage
n
- Full time or part time position available
n
