Opal is seeking an experienced Health, Safety & Training Advisor to join our Maryvale Paper Mill site on an 18-month fixed-term contract. You will support our HSE programs and partner with operations to embed proactive safety behaviours and robust systems.
You will deliver targeted safety training, champion risk reduction initiatives, and coach leaders across a unionised manufacturing setting to drive meaningful change for a safer, more sustainable future.
