Crommelins Machinery is seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager to grow our national buying groups, dealer networks and key account partnerships.

This is a high-impact role focused on developing strategic relationships, securing ranging opportunities, driving promotional programs, and delivering profitable sales growth across Australia.

What You'll Do

- Manage and grow national key accounts and buying groups.
- Develop current dealer and strategic partner relationships.
- Drive product ranging and promotional opportunities.
- Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and product launches.




- Deliver product training and customer support.
- Represent Crommelins at trade shows and industry events.
- Achieve sales and margin targets.

What You'll Bring

- Proven BDM, Key Account or National Account experience.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- A track record of delivering sales growth.
- Experience in machinery, industrial, construction, hire or related industries is highly regarded.
- A willingness to travel nationally.
