Speech Pathologist | $95K to $105K base + Company Car | No Billable Targets
Imagine a caseload without the paperwork pile. Most Speech Pathologists I speak with tell me the same thing: they trained to work with clients, then spent half their week on admin, rebooking and chasing accounts.
This role is different. Scheduling, logistics, accounts and admin are handled for you, so you can focus on clinical work with children and adults across Western Sydney (Parramatta to Blacktown or Kingsford area only). You’ll work alongside educators and other allied health professionals, and split your time between community visits and working from home.
About the company
This is a values-driven allied health company with a community-centred approach to care. Speech Pathologists work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team delivering evidence-based therapy to children and adults, and staff wellbeing is treated as seriously as client outcomes.
Mentorship that builds your practice
You won’t be left to figure it out alone. Weekly supervision gives you regular time with experienced clinicians to talk through complex cases, sharpen your clinical reasoning and work out where you want to take your career. Whether you’re newly qualified or years in, you’ll have support to build your caseload, develop your areas of interest and grow into the clinician you want to be, with clearly defined progression steps along the way.
Why You'll Love Working Here
- Competitive package: $95,000 to $105,000 base + super + PD.
