Knight Frank Australia is seeking a Property Accountant to take ownership of accounting and financial reporting for a mixed portfolio of commercial, retail and industrial assets. You will manage monthly reporting, lease accounting, budgets, and tenant outgoings while acting as the financial health lead for the portfolio.
You will work closely with experienced property professionals, interpret leases, support audits, and contribute to system and process improvements.
