Chotto Matte invites an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our Front of House team at the Bondi location. You will report to the General Manager and ensure smooth, safe and profitable services while driving high standards across service, teamwork and guest experience.
You will manage staffing, training and daily operations, coordinate with the Head Chef and bar team, oversee end-of-day reconciliation, and handle guest feedback with solid judgement.
