Colliers in Brisbane invites a Valuation professional to join the Healthcare and Retirement Living valuation team. You will support HRL valuation assignments, perform property inspections across Queensland, and prepare detailed reports aligned with IVS and client standards.
Applicants should have 2–5 years in institutional valuations, a Real Estate degree, CPV qualification, and solid analytical/reporting skills. A Driver's license and travel flexibility are preferred.
