we are seeking a passionate individual to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of automotive excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with dealership management to develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
- Mentor and coach sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and standards.
- Manage stock levels daily and ensure stock management is prioritised.
- Remaining focused on customer centricity at all times.
- Building strong relationships with Toyota and building our Certified Used Car operations.

The Used Vehicle Sales Manager is responsible for leading a team of Used Vehicle Sales Consultants with the primary objective to achieve sales targets and profit margins through the focus on key elements including customer service, the sales process and discipline, product knowledge and effective administration.



The Vehicle Sales Manager must comply with established policies and procedures.

We operate a 5 1/2 day week Monday to Friday and Saturday mornings, you have a Saturday RDO every month
