Business Development Manager | Wollongong Region

Our client is a highly regarded residential real estate agency with a strong market presence across the Illawarra region, from Thirroul to Dapto.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a real estate background who enjoys meeting people, building relationships and winning new business.

THE ROLE

You’ll take ownership of your territory, connecting with real estate agencies, identifying new opportunities and developing long‑term business partnerships. This is a relationship‑driven role that offers plenty of variety, autonomy and the opportunity to get out from behind a desk.

- Prospecting and developing new business across the Illawarra region
- Building relationships with agency principals, sales teams and property managers
- Meeting with prospective clients and presenting the company's services
- Identifying opportunities and converting leads into new partnerships
- Managing your own pipeline and maintaining consistent follow‑up
- Attending networking events and building your presence in the local market
- Working towards achievable business development targets

THE PERSON

We’re looking for someone who knows the real estate industry, enjoys connecting with people and is ready to take on a recent challenge.

You could currently be working in Property Management, Leasing, Residential Sales, Sales Support or Business Development.

Ideally, you’ll bring:

- Previous experience working within the real estate industry
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Confidence approaching new clients and generating opportunities
- A proactive, personable and self‑motivated attitude
- Excellent organisation and follow‑up skills
- A driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
