Dental Members Robina is seeking an experienced and motivated Associate Dentist to join our team on the Gold Coast.

With an established patient referral network through Dental Members Australia, we offer the opportunity to build a rewarding patient base without the pressure of sourcing your own patients.

We are looking for a dentist who enjoys comprehensive general dentistry, values strong patient relationships and is confident presenting treatment options that help patients achieve their long-term oral health goals.

Commencing 2–3 days per week , this position offers the flexibility to grow your schedule as patient demand increases.

About You

We are seeking a dentist who combines strong clinical skills with excellent communication and a genuine commitment to patient care.

Ideally, you will have:

- Current AHPRA registration as a Dentist.

- A minimum of 3–5 years' experience in general dentistry.

- Confidence in comprehensive treatment planning and presenting options clearly to patients.

- Experience in crown, bridge, dentures and restorative dentistry.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build patient trust.

- A proactive, professional approach and the ability to work independently.

- A genuine interest in growing your patient base and developing a long-term relationship with the practice.
