HammondCare’s Dementia Support Australia (DSA) invites you to join as a Dementia Consultant, based in Cairns, delivering specialist, non-pharmacological strategies to improve quality of life for people living with dementia and their carers.

You will work within HACDSP, offering biopsychosocial assessments, coaching, and evidence-based plans across hospital, home and aged care settings. This Fixed Term role runs until June 2028 with adaptable hybrid work options.
