Bayside Health is recruiting an Associate Nurse Unit Manager for the Special Care Nursery to lead daily operations and ensure high-quality, family-centred neonatal care.

You will work closely with the Nurse Manager and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate clinical care, staffing, patient flow and quality improvement, while supporting families through education and discharge planning.
