Primary Objective: You will provide strategic and operational leadership across key priority areas to drive school improvement, lead workforce capability, optimise resources, and ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality teaching, learning and wellbeing outcomes. Working in partnership with the Principal, the role aligns whole-school practices, uses evidence-informed approaches to drive continuous improvement, and leads teams to achieve school and departmental priorities.
