We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Client Services Officer to join our Business Advisory team in Townsville. This is a permanent, part-time (22.5 hours), office-based position with opportunity to develop and grow with a leading provider of Accounting and Financial Services.

Your role, your contribution!

- Take charge of diverse administrative tasks, from lodging tax returns to managing ATO correspondence and preparing financial packages
- Attend to ASIC requirements, along with current entity establishments
- Be responsible for invoicing and WIP management while effectively communicating with advisors, partners, and corporate staff, delivering exceptional client service
- Communicate with accountants, partners and other staff to ensure exceptional service delivery to support them in servicing client requests
