About the role

You're the first real person a new lead speaks to, and often the reason they end up booking. This role sits right between our sales team and our clients, turning warm inbound enquiries into booked meetings and keeping every conversation moving. If you like being the one who makes things happen behind the scenes, you'll enjoy this.

What you'll do

- Book and manage meetings for our sales team from warm leads handed straight to you, no cold calling
- Follow up on live enquiries so nothing goes quiet and no chance slips
- Keep client records, documents and CRM data clean and current
- Be the go-to for incoming queries, and get answers fast
- Learn our full tool stack, including the AI systems we use every day

About you

- Ridiculously organised, and you actually enjoy it
- Clear, warm communicator on the phone and in writing
- Comfortable in digital tools such as CRMs, invoicing software and email platforms
- Proactive by nature, sharp on detail, and good at juggling
- You will learn how to use AI not on basic level. We have one of the most organised creative AI levels within the company.
