NDIS Support Coordinator / Recovery Coach – Part-Time n

An experienced NDIS Support Coordinator and/or Recovery Coach role on acasual, remote/telehealth basis. This opportunity would suit an experienced NDIS professional who is looking for a small number of hours each week and enjoys providing person-centered support to NDIS participants. Approximately 2–3 hours per week with flexible scheduling by agreement.

Key responsibilities n

n
- Providing NDIS Support Coordination and/or Recovery Coaching
n
- Supporting participants to understand and work towards their NDIS goals
n
- Connecting participants with appropriate services and supports
n
- Coordinating with service providers and other stakeholders
n
- Maintaining accurate participant records and documentation
n
- Supporting participant choice, independence and informed decision-making




n
- Communicating professionally with participants, families and stakeholders
n

About you nn
- Previous experience working as a Recovery Coach and/or Support Coordinator
n
- NDIS participant support professional experience
n
- Experience working within the NDIS sector
n
- Strong understanding of NDIS plans, supports and participant goals
n
- Person-centred and professional approach
n
- Solid communication, organisation and documentation skills
n
- Ability to work independently
n
- Must have previous experience working as a Recovery Coach and/or Support Coordinator, particularly within the NDIS
