Mayflower Group is seeking a Workforce (Talent Management) Business Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning across clinical, care and support roles in Victoria. You will partner with leaders to translate demand into actionable sourcing strategies while travelling between our head office in Brighton and facilities in Reservoir and Pascoe Vale.
You bring 5+ years in recruitment or workforce planning, experience in aged care or healthcare, and proven ability to influence
