About the position:

Our client seeks a seasoned Property Lawyer with at least 3-5 years of recent Queensland PAE to join their busy property and commercial team. You will handle a range of property and commercial transactions, including:

- Commercial and residential conveyancing




- Commercial and retail leasing
- Property developments
- Business sales and purchases

You will assist clients with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring their transactions are handled efficiently and effectively.

Key Requirements:

- Minimum of 3-5 years recent Queensland PAE in property law
- Demonstrated experience in property and commercial transactions
- Strong knowledge of current leasing and conveyancing procedures
- Proficiency with PEXA
- Excellent client management skills
