About the Role

We’re seeking experienced Insurance Estimators to join a respected national builder delivering residential and light commercial repair work across Brisbane.

Key Responsibilities

- Scope and estimate insurance repair projects (residential/light commercial)
- Prepare accurate quotes in line with insurer requirements
- Liaise with adjusters, clients, and internal teams
- Review trade reports, photos,



and supporting documentation
- Ensure timely submission of estimates and smooth project handover

What You’ll Need

- Proven experience in insurance estimating or assessing
- Strong understanding of insurance repair processes and standards
- Familiarity with scoping tools (Buildxact, ScopeLogic, or similar)
- High attention to detail and clear communication skills
- Knowledge of building codes and current construction pricing
