Collect feedback information on product use in different markets and provide valuable suggestions for the company's current product R&D; and product strategy planning.

- Spare Parts Management: Coordinate with warehouses across regions to ship spare parts and manage the repair of damaged spare parts.

Regulatory Awareness: Be familiar with local residential energy storage-related regulations and certification requirements applicable to the assigned market region.

Market Insight: Understand the local sales networks, installer ecosystem, and key customer profiles in the assigned region, with the ability to effectively promote products at the installer level.

- Language & Communication: Proficiency in both English and the local language(s) of the assigned market is preferred to facilitate effective cross-regional communication.

Willingness to Travel: Be willing to travel within the assigned region as required by the job and accept occasional international business trips to other regions as needed.
