- Performing functional capacity evaluations and ergonomic assessments with remote support options.
- Developing and implementing return-to-work plans tailored to worker and employer needs, from your home or the office.
- Collaborating with employers and stakeholders while balancing your professional and personal commitments.
- Providing vocational counselling and career coaching with the flexibility to meet clients where and when it suits them.

- Travel costs will be reimbursed as a kilometre usage up to 100 KM round trip.
- Incentives – 10% of all revenue in excess of $ $18,150 per month and 20% of all revenue in excess of $20,000 per month payable quarterly.
- Profit Share – enjoy a profit share scheme where the company sets aside 10% of company profits before tax and distribute this pool among the staff.

What You Will Need:

- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
- Full AHPRA Registration
- Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
- Current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle
- A commitment to excellence, with a passion for helping people navigate complex rehabilitation plans
