About the Role

Customer Service: Providing exceptional customer service by promptly and accurately responding to parts inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.

Sourcing and Ordering: Collaborating with our suppliers and utilising our robust database to seek quotes, source and order the required parts, ensuring timely delivery to customers.

Process requisitions and delivery documents,



allocate and price parts for workshop quotes and retail invoicing

Dispatching of freight to customers

Participate and engage with supervisors and management in sourcing, stock control, auditing and stock-taking

Administration and hands-on parts interpretation work and duties

About you

Sound basic computer skills

Analytical, methodical and strong mathematical ability

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and quality phone manner

The ability to multitask and prioritise work loads

A positive, outcome focused attitude

Full time roles: Monday to Friday
