Senior Account Manager Executive

Grow major national retail accounts for a leading Australian protective glove supplier.

Your new company Our client is an Australian owned business providing protective gloves across the safety, healthcare and trade sectors. With an expanding product portfolio and ambitious growth plans, the business is looking to strengthen its relationships with major national retail and trade customers.

Your new role This newly created position will see you manage a portfolio of strategically important national accounts, including large retailers with extensive store networks. You will take ownership of the full commercial relationship, developing account strategies that increase sales, improve product performance and secure new ranging opportunities.

Responsibilities will include:

- Developing and executing strategic account plans.
- Growing revenue across existing product ranges.
- Identifying and securing new national ranging opportunities.
- Building strong relationships across all levels of each account.
- Delivering store visits, product training and promotional campaigns.
- Monitoring sell‑through,



product availability and competitor activity.
- Managing sales forecasts, pipelines and account performance through CRM.
- Supporting successful product launches and national rollouts.
- Some national travel will be required.

What you'll need to succeed:

- Experience in key account, national account or territory sales.
- A track record of growing accounts and securing new product ranges.
- Confidence to present proposals and business cases to senior stakeholders.
- Excellent relationship building, communication and negotiation skills.
- Robust organisation and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- CRM experience, with Salesforce highly regarded.
- A proactive, resilient and financially motivated approach.
