Prancing Pony Brewery in Totness (Adelaide Hills) is recruiting a Chef De Partie for a full-time, in office role. You will prepare dishes that complement our craft beers and lead a kitchen section with a focus on quality and presentation.
Work closely with the Head Chef on menu development, mise en place, and execution of small bites, burgers, and tasting platters. Knowledge of food safety and the ability to work evenings and weekends are essential.
